Nick Geoghegan - Delton Group Managing Director

Nick Geoghegan is the Managing Director of the Delton Group. He started his career in the Auditing profession before moving into industry. He has worked for Lucas, Caparo and Stokes Forgings amongst others and has held a number of Senior Commercial, Financial and General Management roles. Nick has been a main board Director for 20 years and has been the Managing Director of Delton Group since 2006 creating focus and direction on the back of an ambitious growth programme.

Steve Blount - Delton Group Operations Director

Steve is the Delton Group Operations Director. Steve had worked for Parsons chain for 30 years, where he rose to senior management after serving his Metallurgical apprenticeship. He is a specialist in Quality Systems, Health and Safety Procedures and Lean Manufacturing. Steve was appointed as a Director within the Delton Group in October 2006.

Mike Smith - Delton Electric General Manager

Mike is the General Manager of Delton Electric. Having served his apprenticeship in electro-mechanical engineering at Parsons Chain he soon moved into a management position. Mike has over 30 years experience in the engineering sector and has an excellent track record of excelling customer expectations. Mike also has experience of Managing large projects both at home and overseas. With proven management skills over a sustained period of time Mike will ensure Delton Electric continue to grow and achieve their long term business goals.

Joe Fellows - H & K (Industrial Services) Ltd Director and General Manager

Joe is the Director and General Manager of H&K Industrial Services. Joe joined H&K in 1979 after 20 years at British Steel in various senior engineering roles and is a member of the Institute of Plant Engineers. Joe was made a Director of H&K in 1988 and has successfully guided its fortunes ever since.

Mark Finnegan - Delton Central Services General Manager

Mark is the General Manager of Delton Central Services. Mark served his Electrical apprenticeship with NG Bailey where he gained all round installation experience including sub stations and main installations. Following his apprenticeship and subsequent qualifications through City and Guilds and ONC he progressed through being an on site operative through to several Senior Management roles. Mark joined the Delton Group in January 2007 and is actively working on an aggressive growth pattern in line with a profitable business plan.

Howard Evans - Group Sales Manager

Howard Evans is the Sales Manager for the Delton Group. Howard is extremely experienced within the Electrical Engineering industry and also holds several trade qualifications. Howard has worked at for Delton for over 20 years. His experience and contacts within the industry are vital to the continued growth of the group.

Simon Barnes - Group Marketing Manager

Simon has spent 10 years within the Building services industry in various roles culminating in being appointed the Delton Group Marketing Manager. Using his past experience and the professionalism gained from his involvement with the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Simon is at the forefront of strengthening the Group’s brand image within the market place and contributing strongly to the Group’s growth.

David Bond – Group Financial Controller

David has 20 years experience held in number of senior financial roles in a variety of industrial and commercial enterprises. David joined Delton from the Reddiplex Group in the summer of 2007 and as part of the new team is heavily involved in upgrading systems and the implementation of greater controls and reporting systems to the Board.

Nigel Pope – Group Welfare Manager

Nigel is our Welfare Manager, a role which encompasses HR, recruitment, personnel administration, training, health and safety and some aspects of facilities management.

He worked for 32 years for Zurich Insurance (Risk Division) in a variety of financial and administrative roles and since has worked briefly in the social housing market and in a procurement role for a major international consultancy company. Nigel brings to us a wealth of business experiences. He is truly an all-rounder having been an auditor, book-keeper and Financial Manager as well as having wide knowledge of business and personnel management. He is authorised by ECS to invigilate Health and Safety assessments hence qualifying our staff for CSCS cards and JIB grades
