Insurance Policies
The Delton Group of Companies carry General Insurances including but not limited to:
Airport Contractors Liability (Delton Central Services Ltd)
Providing indemnity in respect of Legal Liability to Third Party for damages resulting in Bodily Injury and/or Property Damage whilst undertaking work at specified locations (airports) including airside.
The limit of indemnity is £40,000,000 any one occurrence, the Policy carrying a renewal date of the 31st July.
The Policy is underwritten by AIG UK Ltd.
Liability
Employers Liability - £10,000,000 inclusive of costs and expenses any one occurrence.
Public/Products Liability - £10,000,000 any one occurrence/any one period in respect of product claims.
The Policy is underwritten by QBE Insurance ( Europe ) Ltd, the Policy carrying a renewal date of the 31 st July.
Contract Works
Providing indemnity in respect of loss or damage to the permanent and temporary works on or adjacent to the contract site anywhere within Great Britain , Northern Ireland , the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. The sum insured is £1,000,000.
Indemnity is also provided for Hired-in-Plant (including continuing hire charges), sum insured £250,000.
The Policy is underwritten by the Watkins Syndicate at Lloyd’s and carries a renewal date of the 31 st July.
Machinery Movement
Providing indemnity for loss or damage to customers’ goods comprising electrical products and the like anywhere in the UK including transit. The limit of indemnity is £100,000 and cover is underwritten by Allianz Insurance Plc with a renewal date of the 31 st July.
